of course antibodies go down after the infection....the memory T-cells are there which allow for a very fast response the 2nd time you get it...to keep from getting infected or not.

The other problem...we have no idea who has or has not been infected in the first place (unless you have tested positive while infected, which is relatively few people)..so I am not sure how well you can test the antibody effectiveness at this point.
