that is way over-priced and "controlled" leads to much of this violent crime.

End the drug war, and other various forms of crimes with no direct victim, and much of this goes away.

Much of the purpose of gangs goes away as well.

Then hopefully, many of these committing these violent crimes find other ways to make success in this country.
