Yes, masks perhaps help. (Maybe not, but likely).
Under KC's order, if I'm conducting a group therapy session, as a behavioral health professional, I could advise everyone in the group that they don't have to wear a mask if they don't want to. But I'd still have to wear a mask (because there's no behavioral health professional advising ME not to wear a mask).
After the session, we could all walk down the street to a restaurant, sit down at a table for 10 and eat dinner together and not be required to wear masks.
It makes *no* damn sense.
