because in many instances, wearing of masks makes no sense as to where and under what conditions it should be worn. There are multiple things that occur with the same risks, yet the rules handed down by the authorities makes different rules for them.

Not to mention when leading "experts" continuously change their minds, mostly for just bad reasons.
