What I've not heard anyone discuss (maybe I've missed it, as there's been so much national discussion regarding COVID) is the confluence of the following:
1. COVID-19 originated in a Virulogy lab in Wuhan, China. Many scientists who have studied the virus seem to believe that it was to some degree manipulated by scientists as it appears to be more transmissable between humans than most viruses that evolve to be transmitted from strictly other animals to animals to humans, on to humans to humans. Weinstein has said this is a "gain of function" and most viruses evolve more slowly so that they're not immediately transmissable between humans upon evolving to be transmitted by humans.
2. The virus seems to preferentially kill men, as worldwide men comprise 2/3 of the covid deaths.
3. China had a "one child" policy for decades, which resulted in general preference for male children vs. female children amongst Chinese families. This ultimately resulted in a Chinese gender imbalance on the order of tens of millions.
Is it not plausible that the Chinese created COVID specifically to rebalance their own demographics?
