Healthcare was great for 85+% of americans. The black marxist could not work to improve it, he had to tear it down pretending to want something better for the people.

Police departments, disband them and get social workers to help victims of crime. (Not that there would actually be crime once the cops are gone. But social workers can help get raskputin's kitty out of the tree. Things like that.)

And the ultimate goal of course is to tear down the country, totally. Then reinvent it, rebuild it and reintroduce it as Western Somalia.
