and the host, Michael Bratton, was attempting to predict the games that would be featured week by week. And I don't blame his picks but they were the usual tripe that if certain teams do well, his list will hold. And this is my favorite SEC podcast. Best analysis, best insights. As far as the East goes, if either Kentucky or Mizzou performs above expectation (of the pecking order that's always put out), every list out there will be turned upside down. And that is what I'm expecting.
Kentucky, Stoops, reminds me of Missouri in the late 00s-early10s. They've been changing the self-image of KY football and the rest of the nation is slow to admit it. Missouri, I might end up being disappointed this year by how we finish, but I don't believe it will be the direction the team is headed, just maybe the results. My guts says Drinks the real deal. I just wonder what the time frame will be that it will take to take hold in he program. Just like GP. Now that I believe I see the direction Drink is going with the team, I'm really looking forward to the Arkansas game. I'd like to see the Odom, master DC myth, quashed. Not because I have any dislike for Barry, I just never bought into his controlling the fate of the defense.
