You did break it. Illegitimacy rates among black people are astronomical. The failure to defer childbearing until after marriage is the reason for the struggles of the black community. Children being raised with one half of the parental resources are as close to a guarantee failure as you can get. The problems that you mentioned are a result of this, not a cause of it. There is no political solution for a spiritual/cultural problem. But, the problems that are afflicting the black community will also do the same on other ethnic and/or racial groups if/when their illegitimacy rates rise.
That's the bad news. The good news is that individuals hold the power within themselves for sustained success by making the correct moral choices. Deferring childbirth until after marriage will result in lowering the various social pathlogies that afflict the black community.
