Just that he’s been better than most of us either expected or are giving him credit for.
The big question I had about him when he was hired was his offensive approach. I have been happy with the scheme changes that he’s made. Now it’s about recruiting and playing the right guys to maximize the offensive talent. In a lot of cases you are better off sacrificing some defensively to make major strides on offense. I thought Trey Jackson was a guy that could have been a great offensive player.
