1. Not even sure he knew what the state flag looked like....If 99 did a State flag quiz on the Shack, I would get very few.

2. Maybe he did not see that as an issue when he got there, but he does now. People change their mind based off of many issues due to various events or gathering more information.

3. Maybe he is just starving for attention

4. Many other possibilities, some which could be fake some which could be true.
