Odom wasn't working out. He was learning as he was going. That works at a school that's fine with being in the bottom quartile. Mizzou is not that school and has established itself as a football program again. Going backwards is not an option. Basketball should not be where its at today, but is a fine example when you have status and you don't protect it.
