Drink has been a head coach, albeit for only one year. But he showed he can organize a team and prepare for a season better thanks Odom. The big question in Drink is can he recruit. He seems to be answering that well. The other big question will be can he continue the success he showed in his previous season of head coaching.

I wanted Odom to succeed, but his teams we not very well prepared. I would not be surprised if Odom Turns out to be a very successful head coach. He needed more time, but we needed more success. Those needs did not lineup.
