end-users are certified. in fact, every year. they are trained on where to shoot and where NOT to shoot, under what circumstances, and for what duration.

a taser is perfectly capable of killing you or causing serious physical injury if used incorrectly.

if you shoot someone in the head, face, heart area, groin or if you administer something longer than a 5-second burst it can very easily kill or cause serious physical injury.

do you think Rayshard was aware of those principles?
