theft is not dependent on man’s law, i.e. legal versus illegal. Theft is the forceful taking of property without consent, and that’s what taxation is.

I cannot give you the right to take someone’s property without consent, and you can’t give someone that right, and neither can the right be granted to 100 people or 1,000 people. So the argument about democracy or representation, etc. does not logically hold. Same for murder, which is why capital punishment is murder.
