My first job interview out of college was for a black Regional Sales Mgr that was HIGHLY recommended by a friend (I absolutely bombed it), or that before I started my own businesses that I worked with countless folks of all colors and religions, or lived with mostly blacks when I lived abroad for over 2 years and still talk to them...hell I have to, they manage vacation properties for us. He was the only person I dialed on Christmas!
