We intercepted Iraqi scientists who said they had working mass destruction capabilities.

So, Saddam thought he had them, we thought they had them, but no one in the CIA stopped to think, are the scientists lying to save their own skin?

Saddam did like his woodchipper, for those who disappointed him.
