Individuals have individual thoughts and beliefs.
If this is just a "black experience" issue, then why are millions of poor whites, hispanics treated the same way?
I have news for you. This is a gvmt force/policing issue and the long history of enforcing victimless "crimes" creating a huge and unnecessary cop presence in the lives of poor people.
Does racism exist? You bet.
Are minorities more likely to be poor and hence victims, yup.
but to pretend this issue is exclusive even remotely to "black people" is absurd.
When a poor, white druggie gets whacked by a cop illegally, is it racism?
