When an average white person is pulled over or called on for some mild event the cops don't come in guns a blazing (I'll even accept that statistics probably bear it out but argue how we arrive at those statistics).

When the average black person gets pulled over their is an inherent fear based on prior experiences with black people that lead to lots of individuals treated worse than they should be.

To this we say well tell your group to quit committing so much crime so we don't have to think you're all criminals.

Otherwise act way better than your white counterparts during stops or risk your life.
