I don't live in Minneapolis so I don't know the situation with the police, sounds like the cop had a history of bad behavior. I would throw that at the police dept there. He should have been whacked some time ago it sounds like.
It's interesting that the four cops on the scene were a white guy, an hispanic, and asian, and an black. Not so sure it was a racial thing based on that, but a 'police thing.'
Where were the other cops ? Where was their sense of outrage ?
