What Coach Taylor was griping about is the NCAA isn’t allowing shared equipment in sports yet. He hoped the NCAA would get to work on how they could use shared equipment. He stated football players couldn’t play catch with the ball, basketball players couldn’t shoot in a pair with the same ball.
There’s no way to practice volleyball without hitting a ball back and forth. 😀
Eventually they will have to figure out how practice can use some shared equipment.
My understanding is the primary way to spread the virus is thru airborne particles from one affected person to another. I kinda think that’s what he meant.
I believe the athletes should be tested once a week. If they don’t have the virus, and no temperature it’s probably ok to practice together.
I do understand your issue with coaches comment.
