and I am sure attracts now many veterans as it is an easy group that is mostly trained already, and missions are very similar. Control.
Politicians need a force to enforce there control. You don't think the liberal mayors continue the racist policies? They very much do. Both parties do, but in different ways.
I don't think they necessarily target blacks, but the policies have nonetheless become racist in nature as they are used and abused over and over and over.
