Is there still a “protect and serve” attitude with young cops?
I wonder whether white cops join to put black criminals in jail and blacks join to get even.
Are you close enough to recruiting to have a thought on this?
My fear is that lib mayors hire lib police chiefs who want woke, sensitive cops. And on the other side, white cops may want to punish blacks specifically.
Not a recipe for healing.
