notes and initiated the 302. whether or not he finished it and then Strozk edited it and then turned around and asked for Page's help editing it or whether it was never finished and Strozk and Page took it upon themselves to edit Pientka's work is not public info. But Priestep didn't have a roll in the interview or the 302 editing.
