So there are around 450,000 Democrats to around 20,000 Republicans.
For every 4 Republicans, they are surrounded by 90 democrats.
And the chance is the the GOP population within D.C. is probably among the more liberal republicans or they wouldn't be able to live.
The rest of the country is divided almost 50/50
But where all the power is held... its almost 100 percent Democrat... because they only hire Democrats
