are situations where they were charged improperly and then convicted for a crime they did not commit, i.e. not pleas.

Nevertheless, Flynn's situation is totally different. He wasn't forced to give a plea and had worked out a plea agreement with the AUSA's prosecuting his case.

Good effort though.
