We don't know how good a Jordan that wasn't as a**hole would have been. Maybe he doesn't burn himself out or alienate the Bulls management and he wins 8-10 rings. Or maybe the lack of motivation causes him to settle for 3 or 4.

The 2 seasons he missed are interesting. The first year, the team plays relaxed and despite losing the best player on the planet they make a deep playoff run. Then the next year, they lose Grant but they also lose focus and barely stumble into the playoffs until MJ returns. And of course, at that point, his teammates wanted him back.
