set people up for success. Unfortunately, many of our sales people are older and are not great with technology. We also have some people we knew would take advantage of it.

If it were not temporary, we'd probably push the issue more and manage the bad behaviors out of people. As it is, it's not worth it. And those employees are valuable in the right setting.
