1. WFH has been fine, but seriously lack of communication has hurt. Many people working from home have been extremely poor communicating with others that has created some horrible ineffeciencies. Most likely, it's them being lazy and taking advantage of WFH. This likely wouldn't have been done if they were all doing their work and communicating the same as when they're in the office. They're not.
2. We'd force everyone back into the office but don't want someone to have to quit because they have no daycare for their kids. Our hands are tied and my company is doing the right thing and working with them to allow them to keep their job. It's one person in particular and she's a single mother.
3. We have a 70 year-old that isn't in the best of health and a guy that just got done battling cancer through chemo. Those guys will be allowed to stay home if they don't feel comfortable. Again, it beats losing their job.
