pretty much exactly what Pinkel did when they were recruiting well. I think if Pinkel's health never slipped and the nonsense on campus never happened, he'd still be coaching and recruiting exactly like he did in the heyday. Odom had a decent staff, coaching-wise, I firmly believe that. But they weren't at a level of Drink's staff, from a recruiting standpoint. Plus, Odom's personality is not Drink's. Nothing wrong with that, just that BO's kind of a slug when it comes to charisma.
