There is a lot of stupidity out there. Lots of people correctly say that we can't make decisions about 4-5 months from now today. Yet, a great many of those same people freak out when somebody says that they "plan" to open in the fall.
If you don't plan to open in the fall, you can't open in the fall. But if you do plan to do so, you can always pull the plug later on.
