good idea how to do it. There was already a study done in California as well. The more states or areas that are able to conduct these tests to sample the population the more they'll know about the virus. Even if they were to come out and say we want 40% of the population to have the antibodies in order to open up, what does that do for you?

Mayor Lucas and other Governors are able to extend orders and people accept it because nobody knows what's happened or going to happen. It's a massive failure. That's why they're screaming for testing.

If China was honest and open, they'd likely have a lot of that information.
