I said that below...although every time I read through these various arguments, I become more on the side of liberty.

What makes them clear

For wars on drugs, immigration, terror, and trade....the laws as they are set up are victimless crimes.

There is no victim if someone makes drugs, possesses drugs, sells drugs, uses drugs. By making them illegal actually creates more victims. If someone were to force drugs onto someone else, then there is a crime.

The same with immigration...if someone crosses a border, no crime is committed....same with trade

War on terror...is all about pre-emptive strikes (or these somewhat phony "plans"....there was no victims.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
