He's missed far too many times on elite talent in his own backyard. Liddell, Love, Fletcher, Kalkbrenner, Bradford, etc.

Cornell Mann was expected to bring in talent from Michigan and that has failed.

I like CM but this is not what anyone expected when he signed the big contract.
