CMA was the best cultural fit in my view.
Quin in Boone County was odd. He had talent but he was a bicoastal elite miscast in COMO. Self was the right fit for BOCOMO.
Haith was too short of a tenure to find out.
KA was a good cultural fit but lacked any recruiting mojo for that to matter.
Martin is okay from a cultural point of view but isn’t good at the mic. He has never shown much consistency during his career.
That’s my view.
