even without the government shutdown, there would have been economic harm done.

It goes further than this....it is about how the Fed has kept interest rates so low for so long that companies have piled on debt to finance their growth (or used that debt to buy back stock to inflate their stock prices.

These so called emergencies are actually demonstrating the core problems....and all we do is put another band aid on it...teaching everyone when this happens again, government will be there to save you.

you are stuck in the weeds....maybe like Pickle said...looking over, but I remain skeptical

We all know government will grow out of this...we know HHS will get a huge funding increase and Trump will accept it fully.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
