A lot of people think it's the governments job to feed everyone, clothe everyone, educate everyone and provide healthcare for everyone.

So your position here is, whatever a lot of people think is within the purview of the Constitution, we can just invoke the PREAMBLE of the constitution to sweep it into the big bucket - essentially rendering the enumerated powers that WERE granted, moot.
