Certainly, does rational justification allow for the restriction of Constitutionally protected rights? And who determines "rational" justification? Was it rational to keep negroes away from white folk? For a while. Then suddenly it wasn't.

All battles to come. Although I would agree the government will tend to protect government. And when "We the People" sit back and allow it, that is what we get.
