It works like magic, but the last time I reached my goal & eased up, eating a lot of carbs at family functions and other "special occasions" and it came right back.
He talks about resetting your "thermostat" so that your body tries to keep it at that preferred level. I didn't read the part on how to do that. Maybe I'll try and look it up, or maybe I'll just try to be more disciplined on what and when I eat and keep it low for long enough to reset it at that level.
