sits out for 3 minutes on the clock. If the first indication occurs after the offense is set in position, 5 minutes.

That would stop this cr**

Starting to look like the Premier League.

This is why is so like the level of competition in the NHL. Plenty of people focus on the infrequent fighting that might break out (BTW, I don't mind that at all), I would challenge anyone to find a clip of a hockey player going down to stop a game clock.
