Well, we'll just have to disagree, which is fine. I do not, though, understand why people are so antagonized by something like this. In my view, it did not condone lynching of a black man. To insinuate that it does means this kind of uber sensitivity will continue for decades. It is over. No one alive today likely lynched anyone. When do we just say that it was a terrible thing to do at a terrible time in America. Has no place in modern society and doesn't. And my black sister in law does agree with me.
