I suggest you pursue these matters with the University's President and/or General Counsel.
I will suggest that you'll find that the Tiger AD is not a separate legal entity from the University.
My information, is the University maintains a set of financial accounts for the Tiger AD in the University's accounting system. The University's accounting system includes one or more "reserve" accounts for the Tiger AD in its accounting systems. If the Tiger AD generates a surplus, it is added to the balance in the "reserve" account. If it generates a negative cash flow, the negative reduces the balance in the "reserve" account.
You'll find it's quite common for athletic directors to talk about their departments "paying" rent for use of physical facilities, "reimbursing" for maintenance costs, etc. Essentially, these are all just entries in the financial accounting system. The Tiger Athletic Department is not a separate legal entity from the University.
