He is #4 in all time Mizzou football categories in:
Passing yards
Passing TDS
Total offense
Total TDS
The only players ahead of him in each of those categories are Chase Daniel, Brad Smith, and Drew Lock.
And that was despite:
-Hardly playing as a freshman backup to Gabbert (14 total pass attempts)
-banged up as a junior with just 8 starts
-banged up again as a senior, playing 10 games and missing 4
To be in the top 4 all time in all those offensive categories despite missing so many games is remarkable.
He was 2-0 in bowl games. Which is 2 more bowl games than Lock ever won.
He led Mizzou to the SEC East title his senior season, 12-2 record. Led the signature win over a top 10 Georgia team in Athens that year. Led the big 4th quarter comeback to clinch the SEC East.
He’s always been the 3rd or 4th best QB since 1998, well ahead of Gabbert, and very close to Lock, IMO, when you factor in team accomplishments with raw stats.
Still not a guarantee he makes the top 30, but he deserves to if Lock did.
