quarantining at-risk persons rather than everyone else, adding to PPE and ventilator stocks and ICU capacity?

is that doing nothing?

there is ZERO way that the economy can take this shut down for months. at best we've flattened the curve for a month. so was destroying our economy worth that small break? I don't think so.
