I don't see how you would think you couldn't improve on shooting % especially for players who have shot a lot better previously. Drawing fouls is about being a lot more aggressive in your offensive approach instead of just camping outside consistently. I know some think there's an inverse relationship to 3s taken and fouls drawn but it's not. Check out Auburn they were at the top of the league in 3 FGA and FTA. As to controlling fouls I know you have this obsession with referees and your complaints aren't unfounded. However they are that way across the board. You have to do what you can to not exacerbate that by not playing with your hands and instead of your feet and getting in bad position. Mizzou does a lot of that. Bottom line it all comes to coaching and training.
