what worried me was him saying he wanted to play 10 players. As far as I know he'd never really done that. So it was going to be something new for him to adjust to. That's why from the beginning when others was saying what their issue could be this year I said the biggest worry I had was roster management. He had the players to do it but with his style I think he became a little overwhelmed trying to do it. He didn't know how to allow players to establish a rhythm. CMA was good at it because that's the style he always played. He ran into issue when he didn't have depth. He didn't have a lot of highly rated recruits but knew how to recruit for his style.
