Rather than until entire industries and regions began shutting themselves down. That’s a month to 6 weeks difference. Perhaps not dismissing a White House team on pandemics two years ago. Perhaps not surrounding himself completely with yes men that don’t want to deliver bad news. This administration got caught with its pants down.
