1) He should have asked Wall St to prohibit short selling at the start of the outbreak, it wouldn't have hurt. Short sellers not only are profitting from the economic demise, but drive the market even lower which distresses most Americans. Unusual times, call for unusal measures.
2) Allowed those who choose to add substantially more in this down market to their Roths, IRAs 401s etc. if they chose
3 If he's the billionaire he claims to be, offer to pay the salaries of his laid off employees, assuming there are some at some of his properties, which would emulate what Mark Cuban has done with his Maverick stadium vendors/employess.It would generate great PR which seems to be paramount for him.
