AS FOR YOUR QUESTION - No. The residents of Wyoming do NOT face the same threat or need the same response as those in NYC. Are you that stupid? Spend much time in New York ? Apparently not.

And I have said nothing about the Gov of WY. I said that some state and locals have stepped up well. Cuomo included. He just said "I want federal guidance." Totally reasonable.

Trump won't say it b/c it hurts his numbers. His numbers will be plenty hurt by this. Cuomo is right on this. If you want to call that "complaining", go to town.
