be doing but were not and were therefore forcing the states to do them. None of the things he listed were things the feds had the power to enforce. Ever read the tenth amendment? Nowhere in the Constitution does the federal govt have the power to close local bars, restaurants and schools.

This time I will ask my question directly to you. Do you think the 10M residents of NYC have the same needs during this outbreak as the 500k residents of Wyoming? Would it make sense to put the same restrictions in place for both places?

Cumo needs to make the correct decisions for his people, which in fairness it appears he is doing. But the Gov of Wyoming should not be forced to follow those same prescriptions if they are not right for his people.
