buying water & TP and staying home (wisely) - with a payroll tax cut, do you expect them to travel & dine out more? The only thing a payroll tax cut will do is accelerate the date that SS becomes underwater.

Neither abortion funding nor a payroll tax cut will remedy the pandemic.
